How to Make Pav Bhaji – Step by Step

Step 1: Boil and Mash the Vegetables 

  1. First, mash and boil the cauliflower, peas, carrots, and potatoes. Roughly mash with a fork and leave aside. 

Step 2: Make the Bhaji Melt the butter in a large pan.
